Photos by Wolf was created out of necessity. All too often you see photos on the MLS, Zillow and other real estate websites that do not pay attention to the details. Toilet lids up, cameras in mirrors, people or pets in photos, cell phone shots that are dark or unlevel and so on. I understand that these details matter and can be a deciding factor in a potential sale. I worry about these details so that you don't have to.

Photos
Professional photography for your next listing, rental or Airbnb endeavor starting at:
$250 for the first 1500 SQFT
$10 per additional 100 SQFT block
Drone photo add-on - $50
Interior and exterior photos included as well as any community amenities you would like showcased. I can also edit in blue sky if it is gloomy the day of your photoshoot and missing light bulbs when needed.
I do not outsource my editing which allows me to provide quick turnaround times for photoshoots, typically within 24 hours or less.
Matterport
Include a Matterport with your listing starting at: $150 for the first 1500 SQFT
10 cents per additional SQFT
Option to add floorplans to any Matterport:
Expedited turnaround - $50
24 Hour turnaround - $30
48 Hour turnaround - $25
I service King County and parts of Snohomish and Pierce Counties. I am willing to drive beyond upon further discussion of scheduling, property location and services needed. In some cases travel fees may apply.
